Cancellation Policy

AQUAMARINA TOURS cancellation and refund policy, including bad weather.

  1. Cancellations must be communicated through the method agreed with AQUAMARINA TOURS.
  2. Cancellation 7 days or more in advance: 100% of the amount paid is refunded.
  3. Cancellation between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour: 20% of the amount paid is withheld and 80% is refunded.
  4. Cancellation less than 48 hours before the tour, or no-show: no refund.
  5. If the company cancels the tour for safety, weather or operational reasons, the customer may reschedule it or receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
  6. This policy follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor) and applicable Brazilian law.
