For private boats and other tours, you ask for a quote on WhatsApp: the message already includes the tour, the date, the number of people and your name, and our team replies with availability and the price.

What happens in case of bad weather?

Customer safety is our priority. In case of weather conditions that prevent the tour from taking place, we will contact you to reschedule or refund the full amount paid, according to your preference.

Are the tours suitable for children and seniors?

Yes! We have options for all ages. On each tour page, you will find information about the difficulty level, duration, and specific recommendations. If in doubt, our team is available to help you choose the best experience.

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. 7 days or more in advance, you get a full refund; between 7 days and 48 hours before the tour, 20% of the amount paid is withheld and 80% is refunded; less than 48 hours before, or in case of a no-show, there is no refund. If we cancel for safety, weather or operational reasons, you can rebook or get a 100% refund.
